Relive J-rock's golden era with the iconic Yasuaki Honda at Koenji HIGH.

The Show

Expect a night steeped in classic J-rock cool as Yasuaki Honda commands the stage. This isn't just a concert; it's a vibrant callback to the scene's foundational sound, drawing a dedicated crowd ready to soak in every guitar riff and vocal flourish. The air will be thick with shared nostalgia and pure, unadulterated rock 'n' roll energy.

The Artists

Yasuaki Honda isn't just an artist; he's a living legend who carved out a unique space in Japanese rock. His decades-long career has seen him evolve while always maintaining that unmistakable flair and magnetic stage presence. If you've ever delved into the roots of Tokyo's rock scene, you know his name—and tonight, he proves exactly why.

The Area

Koenji HIGH sits right in the heart of our beloved Koenji, a neighborhood that practically breathes live music. Before the doors open, grab some yakitori under the train tracks or dive into one of the countless tiny izakayas; the vibe here is always deliciously scruffy. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and get into the mood before heading into a classic venue that feels like home.
