取り置き代行: 申込時に Stripe の決済ページにて前払い。対象外の公演と判明した場合は全額返金します。

Trip Pass: 購入時。

Curated・Dedicated: 申込時、以後毎月同日に自動課金。

Ticket hold: paid in advance when you request it, on Stripe's checkout page. Full refund if the show turns out not to be eligible.

Trip Pass: at purchase.

Curated and Dedicated: at sign-up, then automatically on the same date each month.

役務の提供時期Service timing

取り置き代行: 決済後、原則24時間以内に会場へ取り置きを依頼し、会場の確認が取れ次第ご連絡します。

Trip Pass: 決済後48時間以内にアドバイスをお届けします。

Curated・Dedicated: 決済後すぐにご利用いただけます。

Ticket hold: we ask the venue within 24 hours of payment and tell you as soon as the venue confirms.

Trip Pass: your advisory is delivered within 48 hours of payment.

Curated and Dedicated: access starts immediately after payment.

申込期間Application period

取り置き代行: 公演日の3日前まで。

Ticket hold: requests close 3 days before the show.

キャンセル・返金Cancellation and refunds

取り置き代行: 会場が取り置きを受けられない場合は全額返金します。会場の確認後の返金はできません。前日の再確認へのご返信またはメールでキャンセルいただければ、会場への取り置きを速やかに解除します。

Trip Pass: お客様の日程・ご希望に対して有意義な提案ができない場合は、ご連絡のうえ全額返金します。

Curated・Dedicated: アカウント画面またはメールでいつでも解約できます。解約後も支払済み期間の終了までご利用いただけます。日割りでの返金はありません。

Ticket hold: full refund if the venue can't hold it. No refund once the venue has confirmed. Cancel by replying to our day-before reconfirmation or by email, and we release the hold with the venue right away.

Trip Pass: if we can't give meaningful advice for your dates and needs, we contact you and refund in full.

Curated and Dedicated: cancel any time from your account or by email. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds.

継続契約Recurring contracts

Curated・Dedicated は解約まで毎月自動更新される継続契約です。最低契約期間はありません。

Curated and Dedicated renew monthly until cancelled. There is no minimum term.

特別な提供条件Special conditions

取り置きはチケットではなく、売り切れ時の入場を保証するものではありません。

バンド予約のみ・プレイガイド販売のみの公演、東京以外の公演は対象外です。

取り置き代行の受付は1週間あたり5件までです。

A hold is not a ticket and does not override a sell-out.

Shows that take reservations only through the band or only through ticket platforms, and shows outside Tokyo, are not eligible.

We accept up to 5 hold requests per week.
