The Artists

While the full lineup is still under wraps, 'The Rising' promises a curated selection of Tokyo's most electrifying new bands. Expect acts that embody that pure, unadulterated 'up beat' sound, ready to blow the roof off Shelter. This is where you'll discover your next favorite band before everyone else knows their name.

The Area

Shimokita always delivers, and Shelter is right in the thick of it. Grab some pre-show curry at Nasu or a craft beer at a standing bar like Ushitora before diving into the live house.
