SHIBUYA METAL KAI pre. 渋谷メタル会フェス 2026
Shibuya Metal Kai: Legends and new blood unite for a metal marathon.
The Show
Get ready for a full-throttle assault on the senses at Cyclone. This isn't just a show; it's a marathon headbanger's ball, promising a day-long surge of pure metal energy, from classic shred to modern brutality. Expect the pit to be a swirling vortex of friendly chaos, fueled by a collective passion only true metalheads understand.
The Artists
This lineup is a serious flex, bringing together scene legends like SEX MACHINEGUNS and GASTUNK alongside KANDARIVAS, who've been exploring the deepest corners of underground heavy music. You’ve got everything from the classic power riffs of VOLCANO and THE冠 to the brutal precision of Graupel and VICTIMOFDECEPTION, plus the genre-bending force of ulma sound junction and アイリフドーパ. It's a comprehensive masterclass in what makes Japanese metal so vibrant right now.
The Area
Navigating Shibuya on a Friday morning can be a beast, but the electric anticipation of a full day of metal makes the walk from the station through the crowds worth it. Grab a quick energy boost from one of the many convenience stores or a coffee from a backstreet cafe before diving into Cyclone’s basement embrace. Shibuya’s endless energy and convenient access make it the perfect crucible for a massive event like this, drawing metalheads from every corner of the city.
