Idol energy meets metal legends: Koenji HIGH gets gloriously weird.
The Show
Forget your usual idol show; this is where J-pop sparkle collides with raw, live instrumentation and heavy noise. You'll get the infectious energy of idol fans mixed with headbanging devotion, creating a truly unique atmosphere. Koenji HIGH will buzz with that exhilarating, unpredictable blend only a lineup this wild can produce.
The Artists
RAY BAND SET headlines, bringing that essential live band punch to idol music, but the real curveball is legendary experimental metallers Boris. Their inclusion promises a set that will utterly transform the night, pushing boundaries as always. Keep an eye on 月海まお, 琴山しずく, and 大黒メロンちゃん too; with Boris on the bill, expect these solo idols to bring some serious rock edge alongside their usual charm.
The Area
Koenji always feels right for a night like this. Grab a pre-show beer at one of the countless tiny izakayas under the tracks after hopping off the Chuo Line. The whole neighborhood just breathes live music and DIY spirit, a perfect backdrop for a lineup this eclectic.
