Bushbash goes deep: okachiho's SuperCollider leads a night of sonic adventure.
The Show
Expect a night where the boundaries of sound are stretched and warped. Bushbash's raw energy will be the perfect crucible for these artists to melt your perceptions, pulling you into unexpected sonic territories. This isn't background music; it's an immersive dive into the future of sound.
The Artists
The star of the night is okachiho (岡千穂), who’s bringing their SuperCollider setup – prepare for intricate, evolving soundscapes that challenge what a DJ set can be. Joined by Naoki Nomoto (野本直輝) and Takumi Ikeda (池田拓実), whose contributions promise to weave further layers into this sonic tapestry, it's a bill built for genuine discovery.
The Area
Getting to Koiwa always feels like you've properly left the city buzz behind, stepping into a neighborhood that still feels like 'old Tokyo.' Grab a cheap and cheerful izakaya dinner near the station – plenty of spots for a pre-show bite and a drink without the Shibuya prices. Bushbash itself is the heart of this East Tokyo underground, a no-frills spot that lets the music do all the talking.
