MATATABI NIGHT vol.83
MATATABI NIGHT vol.83: Nakano's Moonstep brings the DIY punk noise!
The Show
You know MATATABI NIGHT means business, and vol.83 at Moonstep won't disappoint. Expect a packed room, sweat-drenched walls, and that undeniable DIY energy that keeps Tokyo's underground thriving. It's the kind of night where you walk out buzzing, ears ringing just right.
The Artists
Headlining are Yokohama hardcore lifers RYDEEN, bringing their signature DIY ethos and a two-decade legacy of raw power. You'll also catch the crushing sounds of BABIZØmbie and the swampy grit of BOG FROG, promising a night of unrelenting noise. Keep an eye on WHITE RABBIT and DJ DECATin a.k.a コバン, who'll keep the energy high between sets.
The Area
Nakano always feels like coming home for a proper gig, especially around Moonstep. Grab some incredible ramen at Aoba or a cheap drink at one of the countless izakayas near the station before diving into the night. It's got that perfect blend of local charm and gritty energy that makes it a bedrock for Tokyo's underground scene.
