Don't miss NEPENTHES, a Tokyo doom supergroup with members from Church of Misery and Coffins, delivering psychedelic grooves. Add in SENSELESS APOCALYPSE, ANATOMIA, MEDVED, and FIXED, and you’ve got a full-spectrum assault of Japan's heaviest underground.
The Area
Koiwa’s one of those east-Tokyo spots that still feels genuinely local, far from the Shibuya flash. Grab some cheap yakitori and a chuhai at any of the countless izakayas under the tracks before diving into Bushbash. It’s rough around the edges in the best way, making it the perfect home for the raw energy of Tokyo’s underground.
