endmill vol.13
Bushbash in Koiwa: Your essential dose of raw, urgent DIY punk.
The Show
endmill always brings that unpretentious, high-octane energy Bushbash is famous for. Expect a tight-knit crowd, sweat, and maybe a few accidental elbows as the pit inevitably opens up. This isn't a show to stand still at; prepare to feel the music in your bones.
The Artists
This endmill installment features a killer lineup anchored by the unmistakable punk urgency of YOUTH ISSUE, ready to ignite the floor. Keep an ear out for the intriguing dynamics of TURNING CENTER and YARD END ROBINSON’S, who promise to push boundaries. And for when you need a breather, The Summer Ends (TIED KNOTS, EASEL) will hold down the lounge with some deeply melodic vibes.
The Area
Getting to Koiwa always feels like a proper journey into Tokyo's authentic east side, ditching the Shibuya crowds for something real. Grab a cheap drink at a local izakaya under the tracks before diving into Bushbash – it’s part of the ritual. This neighborhood’s no-frills attitude is exactly why it's home to one of the city's most vital DIY venues.
